A bd start
So after seeing other people try it, I decided to start my legacy family. I decided to be fun, and make a teeny-booper blonde.
The picture before the ‘more’ link is her getting a job and she’s in the Political career track. At first I picked criminal, then athletic, then I picked that. Seeing how it was the job with the most money it seemed like a smart descision.
Pretty soon the welcome wagon came along and Darren Dreamer, Don Lothario, Nina Caliente, and Joe Carr came to welcome Emma Johnson. Since all except Joe were Playable charcters I had to choose Joe.
They didn’t hit it off right away (actually Joe’s first reaction was insulting her) but I had no choice so I kept on directing their conversations. They hit it off and I got their daily relationship to get to a 22 and their lifetime relationship to a whooping 2. It’s a start though!
Immediately after Emma had the want to make a toaster pastry. I was reluctant (seeing how they burn really easily) but I still let her but as stupid as I was I should’ve followed my gut, because it caught FIRE!
She extinguished it, but that was a huge letdown for me seeing how her hygeine went lower and I didn’t have a shower. So she had to wash her hands. 20 times.
As the days went on, she got more money and could afford a chair, a door to the bathroom, (I always just moved the bathroom to the common area whenever she needed it) a fire detector, and a phone. Then one night she was making Mac and Cheese, and guess what happened…
Two fires in two back-to-back memories resulted in a family aspirational failure and she needed a visit from the Shrink. I’ve never actually seen him, so that was (kind of) fun to watch…
So as you can see I’m not ff the best start for my legacy family but hopefullyit’ll get better…

What a chaotic begining for that poor girl! Hopefully she will find someone she likes a little better and be able to afford a fire alarm soon. lol

Firstly, I really like the layout. Looks nice.
Anyway… Yikes. I hate when my sims have no shower, and desperately need one. I wouldn’t reccomend having her marry an NPC sim that doesn’t work for you, though. The job NPCs have skill points like no one’s business– the one I had my legacy sim marry had max in all but two categories.
I’m sorry to hear it wasn’t a good start but the first week and a half or so of the Legacy Challenge in-game is hard. After your sim gets a steady job and is earning about $500-600 a day, things get much better.
